"Awesome Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Delights"
The variety of products offered is just awesome...my husband was thrilled with the incredible olives we picked up. A few items were damaged, but the way they handled communication was top-notch, and I got a replacement for anything that was impacted. I’ll surely be back for more.

"Pleasant shopping journey"
I've placed orders on two occasions. The first time, it took quite a while for my package to show up after the expected date. On my second order, everything arrived on schedule, but I was short two items. They got in touch with me a few days later to send out the missing stuff.

"My requests seem to be ignored."
It feels like they haven't paid attention to what I asked. I specifically requested them to chop the chicken into 4 pieces and also the lamb.

"It's been a week since I ordered Bulgarian yoghurt..."
I placed an order for some Bulgarian yoghurt a week back. They charged my card, sent an invoice online... and then zip. They mentioned they'd let me know when it ships. No news at all. I shot them an email. Crickets. Honestly, this is just terrible service.

"NEVER AGAIN"
I've shopped with this company a handful of times, but I’ve yet to have a smooth, hassle-free experience. There’s always something off—missing items, incorrect products, no refunds, or just partial ones. I've been patient, giving them plenty of opportunities to improve, but it seems like they’re not picking up on their errors. I've had it. Time to find a new place to shop.

I've discovered that MyJam is quite a reliable company. I made a large order for some special tea bags, but sadly, they were short on stock. However, they worked hard to restock and kept me updated via email about the situation. After around 10 days, they managed to complete my order. I wholeheartedly suggest this company for any purchases you make, and I plan to use them again down the line.

"Awesome service from start to finish"
Had a fantastic time on my first order with this company. They offer a solid variety of flower and plant waters at fair prices. Delivery was super quick. They really put thought into the packaging, using sturdy boxes. The bottles were spotless (not a speck of dust from storage) and had long expiration dates. Thanks a bunch! I’ll definitely return!
